When Will My Order Ship?
Most products will ship within 1-2 business days. The standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Shipping transit time is 2-5 business days depending  on the shipping location.

International Shipping
We regret that we are currently unable to ship globes internationally.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us or reach out via website chat if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom orders cannot be canceled.

Returns

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We will be pleased to arrange a return, exchange or replacement for nearly any product with which our customer is dissatisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please contact us to acquire a RMA number prior to returning the item. Items returned without a prior authorization or without an RMA number may be returned at customer’s expense. 20% re-stock fee may apply. Some exceptions do apply to what is possible to return. Please see below.

Returns must be received in original (new, 100% re-sellable) condition and in manufacturer's original and complete packaging. Items that are returned in incomplete packaging or have been repackaged may be refused. We’re unable to offer refunds for returned items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or that are damaged in transit back to us. Return shipping will be at customer’s expense, and we strongly advise insuring the shipment as we’re unable to offer credit for items that arrive damaged. Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used for the original purchase.

Damaged Shipment
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged. We can arrange to have the item(s) replaced, and we will work with the carrier to have the damage shipment picked up for inspection. Returns due to manufacturer's defect or damage will be fully refunded, including shipping and handling fees.

Re-stock Fee
A 20% re-stock fee may apply for certain returned items including items returned with damaged, incomplete or improper packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable:
Digital products; earrings; inflatable products; customized or engraved products; items that have been delivered over 30 days prior.
